Serenity expressed its bullish stance on memory stocks such as MU and Samsung on platform X. This week, the focus in the photonics sector has shifted back to AXT and Lumentum. Signs of supply tightness are emerging in the photonics industry, with Coherent and Lumentum's laser production capacity sold out for the next two years, and AAOI's financial report indicates strong ongoing demand for optical modules. The storage sector has seen panic selling from retail investors, with market changes including Nvidia's Rubin Ultra optimizing memory, while memory prices have not risen significantly as expected. However, the operating profits of current storage companies remain exaggerated relative to their market value, especially against the backdrop of structurally growing storage demand, which may exacerbate supply-demand imbalances next year. Serenity points out that the market often falls into panic during industry downturns, following new narratives, despite the lack of significant changes in industry bottlenecks and fundamentals, leading to a dramatic shift in market sentiment.
